The following is a basic outline that students attending that students attending the academy will be expected to follow. If you have any questions regarding our requests, feel free to contact our staff for clarification

MAKE-UPS TO BE ANNOUNCED
Payment Policy:
Tuition payment AND Registration is due at least two weeks prior to the start of each session to guarantee your spot. If payment is not received at this time, your slot will NOT be guaranteed and may be given to the next person on the waiting list.
Discounts:
1st child in family pays regular price & Annual Family $50 Registration fee
• Siblings received 10% off class tuition
• Children taking more than one class ~ 20% off additional class
Late Fee Charge:
$20.00 late fee charged to all accounts for payments not received within 7 days of due date
Service Charge:
$30.00 fee for all returned checks
Refund Policy:
$50 Registration Fee – NON-REFUNDABLE
Tuition: 100% after 1st class; 90% after 2nd class; 80% after 3rd class ~ NO REFUNDS past week 3 of session
Make-Up Policy
While we may be able to arrange make-up classes and will do so whenever possible; In order to maintain our low student-teacher ratio, we are unable to place children in other full classes for make-ups. There will be no refunds, credits or pro-rating for missed classes.
Communication
Special dates and information may occur during the course of the year. This information may be communicated in one of the following ways: CHECK OUR WEBSITE, notices posted in the gym, handouts, newsletters or on billing statements. Please make it your priority to check regularly for announcements, special dates and/or other information.
Dress Code
Girls Gymnastics - leotards, barefoot, hair tied back, no jewelry, no tights, leggings or tutus
Cheerleading - sneakers, shorts, shirt (tucked in), no jewelry, hair tied back
Boys Gymnastics -shorts and t-shirts, barefoot – no oversized clothing, no buckles, snaps or zippers
Cancellations
Please CHECK OUR WEBSITE or call the office (978 649-7722) to verify whether classes have been cancelled due to inclement weather. A message will be left on our machine ~ IF classes have been cancelled. These classes will not be rescheduled nor will credit be given unless excessive cancellations occur within one session. While everyone’s safety is our first priority, every attempt will be made to hold classes as scheduled.
Lost & Found
Absolute Gymnastics Academy is not responsible for lost or stolen articles. Check the lost and found basket promptly if something goes missing, as it is emptied out once a month.
Observation
You are welcome in the observation room at any time. However, during the last session, the windows will be covered in anticipation for our Spring Production. Parents are responsible for the safety, conduct and clean-up of their children at all times. There is no running, gymnastics, food or drink allowed in the observation room.
Covid-19
If absolute gymnastics needs to close due to Covid or any other pnandemic, no refund will be issued, instead make-up classes will be scheduled.
